"Please Note: The following prices reflect a $10 online processing fee for all $100 & $150 transactions and a $20-25 online processing fee for all PAYMENTS in FULL. Payments will appear on your credit card/bank statement as "PAYPAL/PRIVATE STOCK ENTERTAINMENT".

A $25 Returned Check Fee will be assessed on all returned E-checks and paper Checks.

A $100 Deposit ($150 for Singles) must accompany your completed, signed/entailed REGISTRATION FORM. Once your Registration & Deposit are received, you are officially "Booked". A minimum $100 Payment is then due each 6-weeks to maintain your WE Account/Booking -see WE GUEST PAYMENT POLICY Below for details.

ALL cancellations subject to the Cancellation and Refund policy -see policy below for details. All reservations made after January 15, 2008 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

(THERE IS NO LATE FEE ON NEW BOOKINGS PAID IN FULL) No PERSONAL CHECKS Accepted after Friday, January 25, 2008.

WE08 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

WINTER EXPLOSION GUEST PAYMENT POLICY: (Please read carefully)
A booking not maintained by $100 minimum second (2nd), third (3rd), fourth (4th) and FINAL payments in intervals not to exceed forty-five (45) days is considered “Late” each time a payment due date is missed. Each Late Payment will be assessed a $20 Fee that will be added to Guest’s Total Trip Balance and must be paid before trip is considered “PAID IN FULL”. The Payment Schedule on which these intervals are based is activated as of the date of initial Registration/Deposit receipt by WE Agent –contact your WE Agent for exact date(s). A booking not paid in full by final due date of Jan 15, 2008 are subject to cancellation [if the event is sold out at this time, a booking will be canceled to release space for waiting guests).

WINTER EXPLOSION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
If a guest reservation/booking is cancelled for ANY reason, the right to receive a refund is limited. All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing (administrative) fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received within 14 days prior to trip departure (as of Friday, February 1, 2008). Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to trip departure are subject only to processing fee, however, the remaining occupants in the room shall be obliged to pay the difference in the per person room rate. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to a WE Official, and shall be effective the date received. All guest refunds will be issued within 30 days of trip conclusion. This event is operated by Private Stock Entertainment (PSE). In the event of inclement weather, war, acts of terrorism, or Acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions arising from causes beyond PSE’s control which causes delay or cancellation, PSE will reschedule the trip or issue credit toward another PSE trip. No refunds will be made for trips rescheduled due to conditions arising from causes beyond PSE’s control. Cancellation/Refund Policy applies to any booking canceled due to non-payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Each booking is treated as an independent (per person) “booking” no matter who has paid the fees. Therefore, if cancellation results, each cancelled booking (per person) will be assessed the Cancellation (Processing) Fee. Credit Card User Agreement: I agree not to chargeback any event payment(s) made by credit/debit card via Paypal and resolve any cancellations and/or disputes that may arise with Winter Explosion/Private Stock Entertainment directly.
